Bye bye Beautiful ♥

Tonight is a very sad night for me.
After a nice and productive day, I came to know that one of my absolute favourite singers left one of my absolute favourite bands.

Anette Olzon is no more the vocalist of Nightwish. 

This totally shocked me. It came so unexpectedly and I could barely believe it. I'm still trying to figure it out but just can't do it. I'm still here hoping it's all a nightmare. I'm just...shocked. And sad. 

Sad 'cause her presence in Nightwish made me discover a wonderful Voice, a talented Artist, a BIG source of inspiration (as a singer, she's one of my absolute role - models!)and a lively, cheerful, sweet, tender yet strong and strength-inspiring girl whose blog I read daily and whom I started to think of as a friend of mine. From today, even that blog is closed. 

I will miss her Voice and charisma as the lead singer of this amazing band.
To me she was the best one to fill in that place in the band. I'm quite sure she will forever be. At least, she will forever occupy a special place in my heart.
But I and all of us Nightwish fans around the world have to accept the fact.

 

I hope everything got fine among them or, at least, will so get fine. 

I feel glad and honored to have seen her, such a talented singer and a nice person, on stage with Nightwish last April.

I wish her all the best for her life and her artistic journey. 

I hope to hear about her soon. I know she was about to record some stuff on her own and I'm looking forward to hear it. Now there forever remains just Anette Olsson, but I'm quite sure she won't make us miss her Voice and personality on the music scene ;)

And I hope to hear about Nightwish soon too. For Nightwish is not dead, it's just the End of another Era.
